France Médias Monde’s anti-corruption code of conduct
France Médias Monde has been committed to preventing corruption for several years. The company has written rules and procedures for administration, finance, purchasing and human resources that guarantee secure processes. To this end, France Médias Monde’s management has formalised the fundamental values and principles that the company and its teams are committed to respecting in an anti-corruption code of conduct that applies to all Group entities.

The whistleblowing system
In accordance with the ‘Sapin II Act’ of 9 December 2016, all France Médias Monde stakeholders (employees, service providers, suppliers, subcontractors, trade unions, customers, etc.) can report any crime, offence, threat or prejudice to the general interest, a violation or an attempt to conceal a violation of an international commitment (duly ratified or approved by France, or a unilateral act of an international organisation taken on the basis of such a commitment), European Union law, the law or regulations.
Employees of the France Médias Monde Group can also report conduct or situations that contravene the anti-corruption code of conduct, or incidents of harassment (as part of a dedicated system for employees of subsidiaries incorporated under French law).
