Its motto is to move swiftly, as demonstrated by its ability to deploy rapidly in regions where international events are unfolding, as in recent months in Ukraine, Afghanistan, Iran, the Near and Middle East, etc.

France 24 is a pioneer in the fight against fake news, thanks to the expertise of its journalists and correspondents, and its unique network of 5,000 Observers around the world who track down false information and help to gather evidence from even the most inaccessible areas. Its programme on this topic, ‘Truth or Fake’ is a daily feature that provides keys to detecting manipulated images.
