What connects us

France Médias Monde has developed ENTR, a 100% digital offering aimed at young Europeans. Launched in May 2021, the project is supported by FMM and Deutsche Welle, its German counterpart, as well as a dozen other European media outlets. ENTR is available in 10 languages: French, English, German, Polish, Romanian, Portuguese, Dutch, Bulgarian and in Hungarian and Slovak. ENTR’s distribution channels are digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube and TikTok.

Encouraging exchanges between young Europeans

Fully interactive, ENTR offers content on all the topics that interest young people. Topics such as climate, employment, solidarity, culture, technology and gender are at the heart of this offering. The reports produced, adapted or reinvented in the different languages are designed to get young people across Europe reacting, overcoming language barriers, and discussing the major generational issues that they share, going beyond their differences.

A multilingual team as old as its audiences

The ENTR editorial team is made up of around ten journalists in France and Germany; it draws on the infrastructure and resources of FMM and Deutsche Welle, and on the diversity and skills of the European partners also involved in this project in Romania, Poland, Ireland and Portugal.

ENTR is a project co-financed by the European Union. It is intended to be developed in new languages spoken in the EU, through new partnerships and additional resources, in order to make its content even more widely accessible and to expand its community.

Audience success on social networks

ENTR continues to grow on all platforms and attracts large audiences on social networks, with 91 million video views in 2024.
